Remembering Christmas Eve

Yes I know it was only a little over a week ago but it seems like ages ago we were doing this:

We were able to skype with Anne and Brian in Texas so that they could be part of the Christmas Eve festivities which included a book exchange for the adults and a gift exchange for the kiddos.

W. showing the Texans his new soccer ball.

Mr. T and Miss A. with their rockin' gifts.

Matt with our nephew little D.

Jake loves bendaroos!

Katie and Claire both got fancy fun make-up kits.

Miss C. feeding her piggy.

Matthew opening his gift - it was a scooter.

Grandma with baby R.

Don't be afraid. This is my dad with backcountry teeth. (only temporary thank heavens)

My brother holding up the twins for Anne and Brian to see.

We had a great time that night eating our usual chinese food feast and enjoying each other's company. I love my family and am so grateful for them all! We just need the Texans to become Utahns. Hint hint.

It was so great to "see" you guys! Although it's not even close to the real thing, that skype thing is pretty cool. We really felt like we were in the room with you guys. Highlight of my Christmas.

Don't be holding your breath about a move to Utah, at least anytime soon. B has expressed interest in working on the prophet's security detail though, so maybe someday...
